Book your room through the system of our site. Explore our apartments to find what you prefer, add the number of the guests, select your date and send your booking with your personal details. You will receive an email of your booking details and we will contact you in order to confirm your stay

Upon making a reservation, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid into our bank account within 2 days of booking confirmation. This deposit serves as a guarantee for your reservation and secures your accommodation.

The 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary to protect our business against last-minute cancellations, which can result in lost opportunities to accommodate other guests. By paying this deposit, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy.

If you decide to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations made within this timeframe will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations 30 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund any deposit paid, minus any banking fees. 

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notifying us in advance, the reservation will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, the entire reservation amount, including the non-refundable deposit, will be charged.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you wish to modify your reservation, kindly contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability, and any changes may impact the total cost of your reservation.
